Starters

Cream of Leek & Celery Soup
Melon & Mango Salad, passion fruit coulis
Chicken Liver and Wild Mushroom Pate with fresh white toast
Mushrooms, Garlic and Cream on a garlic infused slice
Salmon Fishcakes, creamed tartare

Main Courses

Our Main Courses are served with traditionally roasted potatoes, boiled potatoes
baton carrots, cauliflower cheese, broccoli & savoy cabbage.

Roasted Shropshire Turkey , sage and onion stuffing & cranberry dressing

English Leg of Lamb, with mint sauce

Local topside of Beef, with Yorkshire Pudding & creamed horseradish

Half & Half, Cant decide ? Choose any two roasts & have half portions of both

English Duck Breast, pan fried with sticky orange & brandy glaze

Salmon Fillet, lemon & herb crust & sauce of dry white wine & cream

Mushroom and Red Pepper Stroganoff (V)

Brie, Pesto and Cherry Tomato Filo Tarte (V)

Desserts and Coffee

A Selection of Home made Traditional Puddings and Sweets, Ice cream Sundae

Blakelands Triumph Stag Party - Gallery Update

Stag party with a difference! Its all about classic cars!

The Triumph Stag was a British car sold between 1970 and 1978 by the Triumph Motor Company, which featured styling by the Italian designer Giovanni Michelotti.

We hope the Worcester Stag Owners Club enjoyed their meal and Blakelands own white fully restored (and polished) triumph stag owned by Doreen Morgan

Wedding Open Day 31st March 12pm till 3pm

Our spring open day with Blakelands dressed ready for a wedding. Our Maltings dining room fully laid for the wedding breakfast. View our house and gardens, as well as our 15 guest rooms including the Corbett Bridal Suite.

FREE ADMISSION! Wine tasting, with coffee and tea available all day.

Chocolate Fountain Demonstration, Classic and Modern wedding limousines on display and talk to the experts. Flowers, photography and your representative from the south Staffordshire registration service will be present.

West Midlands Safari Park Blaze - Wedding Burnout!

We were devastated to hear that on Christmas eve the house at the West Midlands Safari Park was severely damaged. This article explains the extent of the devastation. Spring Grove House was booked up for weekend wedding and already our enquires are flooding in. Please please ring us soon as dates are filling up with many brides confirming within a week of first enquiry.
